Overall a great place to stay! Incidental fee was only $20 compared to many other hotels that charge $50. Michelle at the counter was very accommodating and switched our room when the first one wasn’t what we expected. The breakfast had many options even considering some restrictions due to COVID. Will stay here again!

Checking in was a breeze, the office personnel were very courteous and helpful. Checked into my very clean and well stocked room and had no issues. I will definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel highly. Also had the breakfast and was very very satisfied.

The first room they tried to put me in, the front door knob was broken. Then another room they put me in seemed ok at first glance, but I encountered problem after problem. The wifi was down the entire day, the fridge in the room was barely cool and set on max it was dying. My food would have been colder kept outside. But then, I discovered NO HOT WATER! It took 30 minutes for someone to check it out. They told me I'd have to run the water for 10 minutes until hot water would be available due to old boiler shared with the next building and lack of customers. To top it off, they charge a $20 security deposit not just once! I stayed 2 days and had to give 2 security deposits of $40 which I won't get back until 3 to 5 days after checking out. Never coming back here again if I can avoid it.

I spent about annhour on the phone trying to cancel a reservation here the manager was disrespectful and refused to help me at all. I tried to explain my situation and she raised her voice at me even though i was understandably upset and instead of offering me assistance she told me there was nothing she could do put me on hold for 20 mins then put me on with someone else without a warning and told me they’ll cancel my reservation for a fee of 54$. I will never stay here because of how unprofessional they were. Some people have no heart and don’t care about others and it shows at this place.
