Was happy that they organized the Vaccine event on the weekend. Waiting part is bit tedious. But given that its a weekend and the process they have to follow, the waiting part was fine. Glad was able to get the vaccine.

He said to use he would be there at 4:30 That I get the Rapid test done before my flight goes. He never showed up!!! After I called him the next day to asked what was going on, he lied to me!!!! There were two other people waiting for him on that day, one had a appointment with him. We all missed our flights because we were waiting for him. Don’t go there.!!! It’s not worth it dealing with someone like this!!!!!

So disappointed by the service. I booked an appointment for the Covid rapid test and proceeded to my appointment. I arrived 8 minutes early, and when I walked in, I told the lady at the front desk that I have appointment for today. She immediately replied to me with “ Ok make the payment now , and wait until the pharmacist call you” She did not welcome me in a nice way, she just wanted to charge me the $95 and get rid of me. Then I sat down, and waited for the pharmacist to call me. While I was waiting for 7 minutes, a family walked in to the pharmacy and the pharmacist started chatting with them while I was seated and WAITING to do my test. Finally, I walked in the testing room while the pharmacist who claims to be a doctor was sitting on the chair and on his PHONE while I was sitting and looking around the room until he gets off his phone and finish the test for me. Around 45 seconds later , he got off the phone and started to do my test. The way the test was done is very unprofessional. It was very aggressive dealing with the tools. I still have a headache from the way the test was handled. When the test was done, he told me to wait in the car until results come out. I sat in my car for about 35 minutes and I got no phone calls from them. So I had to get off the car and see what is going on with my results.. I am not sure why a pharmacy in such a nice area dose not give a damn about their customer service. I WILL NOT BE BACK.

Excellent customer service-we had some issues and they were very responsive and helpful. Definitely will go back. Thank you

I wait a few minutes that’s normal. The pharmacist did a great job for my family. I would recommend this place.
