Walked in casher was on same person for 10min no other employees come to help 6 people in line i walked out after standing in line for 5 min which did not move, 4/3/21, 20 people in line only 2 cashiers same guy still taking 10min to talk to each person.

Extremely rude manager on duty at Purcellville Walgreens tonight. She will attempt to not honor prices as tagged/posted. It is not the customer's problem that you all don't turn over your ads/sale tags on the correct date. Legally you are required to sell merchandise at the posted price fyi. Also rang up another employee before helping me (an actual customer).

Called about a time sensitive issue, I was told a manager was needed and they would call me bake soon. They never did, costing me time and money.

Aweful customer service. They run out of medications then promise they will get them in and be ready only to be told we don’t have enough staff to unpack the prescriptions. Two months in a row same song & dance for a prescription I have on auto renewal. This started 3 days after the auto renewal should gave been filled. No call, nothing. Just we don’t have it but we will get it in two days, come back. I promise it will be ready after 12:30. Well it’s 5:00 and I’ve been told too bad, what do you want me to do? I told her I want you to unpack the boxes and fill my prescription as I was promised. This is a medicine that I can’t be without. Disgusted with Walgreens lack of care for patient needs. Switched my prescription to a small pharmacy right after leaving this sorry excuse for a pharmacy. We are so done and encourage others to do the same if they care about their health. Someone has to because Walgreens sure does not.

This particular Walgreens has become a very inefficient pharmacy. They have messed up my child’s prescription the past several times and there is very little apology or desire to make it right. Very disappointed in their attention to detail or customer service.
