The people working at this CVS are gems. Andrew always knows the answer to my questions about my insurance and how much my scripts are with and without it. The pharmacists are tentative and catch incompatibilities in my medications. They check with the doctor when my insurance doesn’t cover one brand, but will cover a generic. In the past I’ve gotten my flu shots here and they handle every person like they’re the only concern they have at the moment even though the store is busy.nnYeah, we all get a million texts from CVS, but the people at this store have no say in that.

Have to change my prescriptions from Giants due to Medicare but can see it’s going to be very slow. Giants was so much faster. I hope they hire more employees as it’s going to be an issue

If I could leave less than one star I would. First they said or medication was ready for pick up. Get there, they don't have it in stock and it needs to be ordered or they can transfer it to another CVS nearby. Ok, I'll go down the road and pick it up. Give them an hour to fill the medication, turns out this CVS never made the request, thank you for wasting my time. I'll be leaving a terrible review for the other CVS too, thank you.

I did a COVID test at the drive thru pharmacy on 8/23 around 3pm. The woman at the window was extremely nice and friendly, unfortunately I did not catch her name but I hope management can figure out who I mean, because she was really great. Went above and beyond what is expected. Even though I’m sure she had done the same spiel verbatim multiple times ahead of me, she delivered it with enthusiasm like I was the first person of the day, even though it was midway through the afternoon. The process was easy, the instructions were simple, and I really appreciated her warm and patient demeanor for what must be a strange and repetitive task. Very thankful for people like her in times like this.

Don't bother calling. You’d be better off walking there by the time they answer. It’s embarrassing, really. Walmart pharmacy has always been on top of everything. They answer the phone right away; they cater to their patients. Walmart just didn’t have my meds in stock this time, so i had to deal with CVS again. CVS should drop the “Pharmacy” and just become a convenience store. That’s all they’re good for at this point.
