The store is good, and conveniently located, but the pharmacy is terrible about filling prescriptions. On more than five occasions, they failed to fill a critical prescription, even when they told us the medication was in stock, at the time we dropped the prescription off. They are often out of stock on common prescription medicines, and fail to let the customer know, so clearly there are inventory management issues, on top of the poor communication. Another time, there was an address somehow associated with our child's prescription, which was not ours. We intend to take our pharmacy business elsewhere.

Overall store is OK, the pharmacy had me waiting way longer then i wished and i was told. Still decent service overall.

So usually I love the staff here whenever I make a purchase. However today I went in for a flu shot (no appointment). It took 10-15 min before anyone was available to help me, which I understood because they looked quite busy. However after I talked to someone, they forgot about me. I sat there waiting while another group came and left. When I had to get back to work, I told them I can't wait anymore. At that point they realized my paperwork has been sitting around for the past however long I've been waiting, and then got my flu shot in less than five minutes. The rest of the staff was very apologetic for my time being wasted despite not being their fault.

Have called this store 5 times in a row, and each time someone picks up and either hangs up, or holds the line open, says nothing, then hangs up.
