There are still places that embodies the desireable qualities of attentiveness and unparalleled expertise in this time of Covid-19, its The Compound Pharmacy in Leesburg, Va. After speaking with, the pharmacist who took the time to return my call, I felt an overwhelming sense of PEACE - everything was going to be alright; Not because, Jay returned my call, rather for the reason that Jay listened, he asked probing questions regarding my inquire and most of all he educated me on which medications would serve me best moving forward. His help was priceless.nnI fully believe customer service is the vibe intentionally communicated with customers, as Karen takes over from where, Jay left off. She promptly fills my order informing me that my order can and will be shipped out as soon as we were done. Dazed, I hang up the phone completely assured that everything is going to be alright.nnThat's what customers can expect to receive with the employees from The Compounding Center. This place is 10/10. They always respond in a timely manner to my texts for refills and call my vet when they need another prescription. Communication is wonderful and the customer service when I go in or speak on the phone is fantastic. This place has made getting my dog’s cancer medicine painless and the business and staff are top notch!nThanks for all the dedication, I feel truly cared about.
