So if see something we have to say something?nAll tha respect with appreciation to Mr Carlos.nI'm an CVS customer for how many years. I really saw a lot of nice employees they trying to do good job ..I mean their best .nBut what I saw yesterday Mr Carlos so eazy for him to use tha skills with tha customer.nI know he is an manager. But what I see ? Been going to this CVS since I was born ( literallynot an exaggeration). All my prescriptions came from there. Very reliable and nice customer service. Never let me or my family down.

Pharmacy customer service is terrible! They refilled a prescription that I did not request and had not authorized for them to set this medication to auto refill. I have no insurance right now and they were aware of this and still filled the prescription anyway. When I talked to the pharmacist they were rude and said either bring in insurance or pay the full price. I told her to cancel the order that I was not going to pick up this prescription.

The current pharmacy pharmacist is inept. To the point of not knowing how to authorize scheduled substances electronically. Needless to say I had to ryth in pain. They are inconsistent at reading medications for refill verbally.

A typical cvs , nothing special.nnThe security system seems that is more active, so I assumed that possibly there are more shoplifting and small similar crimes around the store.
