This is a 10 out of 10 for Dominic! I visited this CVS for the first time since moving to the area and having to walk to the CVS I wasn’t sure if I was going to make it on time, unfortunately I was a couple of minutes after closing. But thankfully, Dominic was so very kind to assist me with my pick up. I really appreciate his kindness, patience, and excellent customer service, because for me these medications, are the difference between life and death. During these difficult times it’s nice to see someone go above and beyond.nnUnfortunately the same can not be said for his two female coworkers who tried to shame him for helping me - shame on them - they could learn a thing or two about customer service and kindness from Dominic! Thank you!

Please increase your Covid vaccination staff. My elderly mom was very uncomfortable waiting in this busy store location for 1 hour past her appointment time. Staffing needs to be sufficient to move people quickly through their appointment times.

This was the CVS location offering covid vaccines and it was the first time we had visited this small shopping center as well as this CVS. On the first vaccine the place was very busy with folks for the vaccines as well as regular customers but staff seemed to handle the lines well. The 2 young helpers (both young ladies one called Kelley) were awesome keeping the lines moving and being helpful both before and after the vaccines. They did a great job promoting CVS and the location. Both people giving the vaccines were great over a 2 day period.nnOur second does went even smoother as more and more people receive the vaccines. Quick check -in and the lead pharmacist was super allowing my wife to take the vaccine with me rather than wait a day so we go both go home together. Both young helpers Kelly and her associate were great and so was the staff giving us our shot.nnIt’s a larger CVS than the one in Ashburn with a Minute Clinic and more staff helping out at the Pharmacy. Good location and we could not help comparing it vs our Ashburn location. Wish this was our location. The District Manager Marcy Myerhiltz is located there and has been helpful in the past. I am glad though that the Pharmacist allowed us both to have our vaccines together contracy to what we had been told.

I accidently ended up in a covid testing line to pick up Rx's because there were cars in that line and thought this was just a line for prescriptions. Signs I saw were in poor condition and it was confusing once I realized the error. When I got up to window I was asked if I was there for testing. I said no. Then they could not understand my DOB. They were suppose to have another medication ready with the three I had ordered and they didn't even start to fill it until I arrived. I went there because it was a drive through and I ended up in a high risk situation because of their drive through. I called this morning to complain and the person on the other end of the phone call didn't seem to care. I know we are in a covid 19 world, and I appreciate them doing testing, but for God's sake, do it outside, and tell people to get in another line when THEY realize you are their for prescriptions. I was handed my prescriptions and told to be very careful not to touch the basket. It was obviously a situtation they could have handled differently. CVS for us in VA has been a total nightmare between this situation and the incompetence of Strickland Blvd store in Ashburn. That situation led us to this store and it was surreal. Never again-
