I had surgery today and needed to get my prescriptions filled. When the time came to takenmy medicine I was missing an antibiotic, gave them a call to see what happened. They said they did not fill it because they FORGOT to do so. So I was put at risk of post op infections due to the severe incompetence of the pharmacists here who “forget” to fill their customers medicines. I’ve given this pharmacy so many chances but this was just too far. I hope they completely restaff this location
Service is reasonable but the pharmacy takes ways too long.
Worst pharmacy location I have ever been to. Pharmacist (Thao) and her assistant Andrew no respect for customers nor about the time the customers have to wait to get a simple service. Did CVS get rid of their employee training?
I have not had the experiences these other people have had during the height of the pandemic. I have had 2 COVID PCR Tests and multiple prescriptions filled with no issues.
