Homestead Richmond - Innsbrook

I want to start first with thanking the manager Ali who has the calm and quite character that can absorb all problems. He is a peaceful man who knows how to listen well to the guests complaints and unsatisfactory experience stories. I had a terrible experience at this hotel while I'm paying a full rate I got a room with a broken mattress. I know they had empty rooms which where next to me. I was never moved nor my mattress was changed. Not sure if all their room mattresses had the same condition. Anyways I will always remember Ali and the receptionists for their kind assistance even though they did not solve my problems and motivated me to stay. I moved now to another hotel brand amazing one to spend the rest of my vacation. At check out Ali apologized for not solving my problems and he deducted the last night charge. Thank him for this gesture.nThe assistant manager there has an attitude and personality issues while he jeopardized the safety and security of my belongings when he kept the door of my room opened accidently all day when I was out, he had this arrogant attitude telling me it was his error and so what!!!! He needs to have more trainings in communicating with guests and handling their complaints. I vote for Hania to be the assistant manager instead of him :))) anyways he discriminated where we come from when he said to me you are in America why being worried if he kept the door open.nWhat I am sure about is that we will never ever choose your brand again. We chose you in 2013 then 2015 then 2018 each time for around 30 to 60 days each time sorry to see your service has deteriorated and your hotels seem like old shacks. We will keep the good memories we have in our hearts and will enjoy next journeys and vacations with new hotels.

Was not informed that I couldn't pay with Cash also stay for 4 nights paid $300.00 and couldn't even get House keeping.....Will never stay there again....

This place absolutely the worst, do not waste your money. Owner, management and staff very unprofessional, I’m shocked that Extended Stay would allow this establishment to use there name. If you have to stay be-careful staying, be aware of your surroundings, not a clean place the first room they should me had blood stains on the mattress, also it’s not a safe place bring protection I paid for 30 days up front only if I had known, they keep copy’s of your debit card or credit card monitor your account daily, Still waiting for a call from the District Manager, they charge my card for 30 days and I’m not there I’m disputing it now, so be careful, if I don’t get my money back, Next step expose them to the local news stations and get a attorney, stay at your own risk WARNING!!!!!!!!!

I have mixed emotions about this place. The room was clean l, well laid out and well appointed. The technology worked-tv, internet access, microwave all worked as well as expected. The one point I want to whine about is that the coffee machine did not have a carafe. That meant I couldn't make my own coffee...nnThe service helped me;they acted as if my jokes were amusing and they were pleasant and efficient.

Ratchet.... Dirty shower curtains, wet towels when my mom checked in, had to get 3 different TV's switched out because they don't work, wash machine don't work, only 01 of 6 dryers work. Really low grade compared to a year or so ago ud83dude12
