Njce place! Friendly staff!
I have worked with some of the staff at the Richmond Marriott Short Pump and they have all been exceptional. I have done some work for the hotel and it is a pleasure working with a very classy group. You can see it in their culture from the top down
Nice hotel, club amenities a bit daft, hope as we get back to normal, club will have desired amenities
Booked this hotel on mistake (thinking it was a different one), canceled it before seeing it was non refundable. Called the hotel IMMEDIATELY after realizing multiple times to get nothing but busy signals. Come to find out they blocked me so they didn’t have to deal with me. I ended up having to call from a number that was not my name own. First I asked for a refund, they told me they could not do that. Then I asked if I could just stay so I would not be at a loss of $200, they refused.
Don’t stay here! I booked a room block for my wedding guests here, and as the bride and groom, we got a worse room than our guests. We had to change rooms & still had issues with the second room. The rooms were not clean & just low quality. Our wedding party spent alot of money with them & we were not treated as valued customers. Would not recommend. Especially for a room block.
