First time at this location, front desk staff very pleasing and welcoming. Also have a sense of urgency. The room was phenomenal, the free Continental breakfast was just about the best I've had great options. I greatly appreciate the covid-19 safety measures this location is taking. I definitely highly recommend this hotel. * parking was easy, fire pit outside, seating outside, small basketball quart, indoor pool * all available
Clean room. Nice, new hotel. Hot breakfast served! On our last day the buffet opened, but you are asked to wear the provided gloves. Pool and exercise room is open, but you need just to reserve an hour block with the front desk. We will return to this hotel.
Arrived at 7PM with a reservation and had to wait for a room. It wasn’t handicapped accessible as requested, so we were moved to another room. Very large and open, but no chairs with arms (needed for getting up or down). Bed so high I had to pile 2 sofa cushions to climb into bed - not terribly safe. But worst part was bathroom! Toilet very low, difficult to sit down and nearly impossible to get up. Grip bars on left wall only - had to try to pull across body, rock for momentum, and finally pull up in great pain. Walk in shower with no shelves for toiletries. Cancelled the last night and asked for late checkout at 3PM when husband got off work; request was denied. Was told I could check out and wait downstairs; replied this was not possible with my disability and asked for an accommodation. Again denied, told we’d be charged half. Bill came next day with full charge, had to call back to get that reduced to half. In summary, room design (bathroom, bed, chairs) and personnel accommodations for handicap were very poor, which overshadowed everything else for me. Will never return.
The hotel is very is comfortable . I had a great experience with the staff at the front desk .nIf you come on a weekday, you may not be satisfied with breakfast .. I came on a Wednesday and half of the food was not available nor attempted to be cooked .
MidNight Joe's Carts and Catering will be on site Saturday March 20th, 2021 known for his business but better for his way of cooking. Join us and eat some great food 5pm-8pm
