I got first vaccine at midlothian Walmart pharmacy. I needed a follow up one in a month. Went to Powhatan because it is closer. They refused to do second vaccine without a prescription even though they saw that I already got the first one done by Walmart. The advise I got was to go to a different Walmart. Great customer service.

This is branch has gone down hill in the last 6-8 months. I have never in my life had no many issues trying to pick up my daughters prescriptions each month. I am on the list for a text to come in when my prescription is ready, they never send a text, so I have to call, and then I get there to pick it up and it’s not ready, or they don’t have enough to fill it. I’ve had the same on going issues for several months and finally changed pharmacies! I will never use this pharmacy again! I will also be contacting corporate!

Both my husband and I use this location for prescription medication and have found the staff helpful and efficient. The pharmacist always ensures we are aware how and when to take medication as well as describing any side effects or issues of which we should be aware. They are wonderful about calling to let you know your prescription is ready to available for questions and concerns.
