This review is for Angel working the Covid rapid testing line on March 28th at 3 PM. She was so wonderful to my little girl getting tested. She was Fast, empathetic, professional, actually ran the test properly and just so so kind. I hope this lady knows how appreciated she truly is.

If a doctor gives me a prescription for something that needs to be bought over-the-counter nine times out of 10 I can go to the store this store and get it the employees were very polite they came around the counter and help me find the product no problem now I'm pretty sure I could have found the product cheaper at Walmart or anywhere else Walgreens is not the cheapest place in the world to go but they did have it I had $3 off from reward cards so I went ahead and bought it there but nine times out of 10 Walgreens has what you need but that's just my opinion they also have many more products than Walmart and the other stores do they have better selections they have things that other stores don't have or don't carry plus they're easy to get around in and it just makes it convenient and nice and you don't have to go a whole bunch of other places and deal with people that don't care what do you get what you need or not

Adding to my post from two days ago.nI never got a call back and it's been over 48 hours so I called the CVS number again. This representative said she would connect me directly with the lab. She provided me the number and then tried to do a three way call. The call disconnected and she never called back. I called the lab using the number provided and after waiting 20 minutes I finally talked to someone. The representative looked and couldn't find my information and told me to call a different number. Apparently they are the national call center and do not provide service for all locations. Seriously!? I'm now on hold for the other lab call center and have been on hold for 15 minutes waiting to talk with someone. The customer service experience with all of this is horrible. I can only hope no one else goes through something like this.nnOriginal post 2 days ago:nI got a COVID-19 test 11 days ago and still do not have my results back. I've checked mychart, used the text feature, used the call in number, and visited the store. In most cases it says the average response time for getting your results is 3-4 days. The one exception said 2-5 days. When I called on the 7th and 9th day the response the representative gave me was that I need to keep waiting and they can't do anything else until it gets to 10 days. I called again this morning and the representative is forwarding my information to another department so they can contact the lab. She said it would be 24-48 hours before someone got back to me. Sadly this is the furthest I've gotten, but I still don't have any idea if they even have my test or when I might get the results. At this point I'm assuming my test has been lost and obviously should have gone somewhere different. Very, very frustrating experience!

Always a great experience at this location. Employees offer their help at every instance and work hard to give you the experience you expect and even beyond that. I will continue to shop at this location because of how amazing their employees are.

It’s been 14 days now that I took the covid test, the results are not back and no one seems to know where they are and when they will be published. Each time we call to inquire they give us new information. Extremely poor customer service!!
