20 minutes per customer to check out your prescriptions via the drive-through lane and the lane is a single Wayne so once you're in your stuck I have been here for an hour I have at this rate more than an hour's wait before I get up to check out my prescriptions.

One star is clearly to much the pharmacy service is a joke I was told my medication would be ready in 45 mins I waited then I was told they don't carry it very unorganized and unprofessional I am changing where I get me meds from this is unfortunate

I just wanted to share an experience I had at this location a couple weeks ago because this is the reason I will be avoiding this location from now on. I stopped here for one item on my way home from work and I expected this to be a fairly quick stop as it usually would be. I picked up my item and planned to use a coupon with the purchase that I received in an email. I accidentally forgot to add the coupon to my card through the app which is a simple mistake and easily fixed in just a few seconds but the transaction does have to be cancelled and redone which has never been an issue and employees I typically deal with are happy to help me use my coupon. However, the newly hired cashier, Suzy I believe was her name, seemed very frustrated to redo the transaction and made a snippy remark at me when I asked her to redo it so I could use my coupon. I have never been treated with such disrespect, unkindness, and unwillingness to help by a CVS employee until this interaction. Not to mention, during the transaction, another employee asked her a question and Suzy basically stopped checking me out with my ONE ITEM and carried on a conversation about her schedule or clock in process or something that should have been discussed after helping any customers in line. The other employee even told her to finish up the sale with me when she had walked away from the register to talk to the employee. I love CVS and hate to give it such a low rating but this location needs to place more attention on training new employees on how to interact and treat their customers. I will not be returning to this location because of this interaction.

Never had such a terrible experience, not only did the cashier forget to put my gift card in my bag but they can’t even find it and so they’ve just taken money from me and can’t refund me for it. Never coming again. Ridiculous

Phone: When you call the hold time can be over 30 minutes to an hour. Sometimes you will be put in hold and never have anyone pick up. This is the norm, not an exception.nnStore: They'll put 3 walk in flu shots ahead of processing your prescription you've been waiting an hour to pick up, although they said will be ready in 30 minutes... making an additional 10 minute wait after already being there twice as long as they had stated.nnOverall customer service experience on the pharmacy side of the store is negative because of a lack of care and mismanagement of time/ customer order of service.nnFind another location if you are able.
