Extremely rude and unprofessional customer service staff. You would think with all the other negative comments listed about the exact same thing something would be done about it but obviously this pharmacy doesn’t care how they treat their patients.

If you're interested in holistic health or alternative and complimentary medicine, this pharmacy is for you. They have a great selection that I can't find elsewhere! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable!

As someone who works in customer service, I was EXTREMELY dissatisfied with the service!!!!! I tried to call to see if my script was ready on the phone and they acted like they were SO annoyed to be answering. The woman (who I assume to be the red head that was working when I got there; sounded like her and got the same in-person experience) heavily sighed when I called back with no luck at the other location, and said: “So did your doctor call in here or WHAT?”nSo rude.nnThen I come in and she greets me by saying “and what do you need?”nThen acts SUPER annoyed to help and in the middle of me talking to her WALKS AWAY TO ANSWER THE PHONE WITH NO NOTION OF “SORRY I HAVE TO TAKE THIS”nnI get that you have to answer the phone, but come on, be polite.nnThe entire time I felt so uncomfortable there and I felt like an inconvenience when talking on the phone. Someone needs to talk to her about the customer service bc as I scroll through here I see it’s not a first time thing.nnI’ll avoid this place as much as possible unless that situation is resolved.

I attended a seminar on Nov. 20, an hour long, presented by Baylor Rice. Very nice and knowledgable man. I learned a lot about CBD oil and its uses and bought some to try. I started with a low dose, as recommended, and I have felt positive results already. When I took CBD I had purchased elsewhere I really couldn't feel an appreciable reduction in pain, so I was pleasantly surprised.nThe staff person who helped me the night of the seminar was friendly and helpful.nI called this morning to inquire about another product and spoke to a woman who was friendly and also very helpful. She didn't seem to be in a hurry and spent a few minutes talking with me and made some suggestions which I thought were good.nI like SRCP a lot and encourage others to go there as I will definitely be going back.nThank you, Baylor and your excellent staff.
