I was in the store today in bealeton va and the store manager lavel did not greet me at all she is the rudest manager I ever had to deal with I do not like shopping there. I don’t like even going in there as long as she is there. If I were to go into a Walgreens I would go to the one in warrenton va.

Customer service is horrible!!! Went into store dec.26 trying to make pics, asked for help and The Store Mgr did not know how to work machine!!! Asked if anyone else could help me she simply said No and walked away...... will never go in this store again!!

I will never do business here again. The pharmacy did not communicate that my insurance company did not cover refills at Walgreens. So they proceeded to charge me six times what I normally pay for the medication without any communication despite the three times I had been on the phone with them prior. My husband pick up the medication for me. when he returned and I saw that I was charged 6 times the normal price, I called the pharmacy. I spoke with their manager, Travis. After much conversation, he said that I could come in at 9 this morning, when they open, to return the medication and get a refund. When I arrived, Travis had not arrived yet and I was waiting for 10 minutes 2 have him handle the return. When he did arrive, I gave him the medication. 10 minutes later a woman named Lavell, came to the window and asked if I had a receipt. I said no, Travis did not tell me to bring the receipt. She said she would take care of it and that I could go park in front of the building and she would bring the refund out to me. After another 15 minutes I came inside. I asked for Travis. He came out of the mirrored office and I told him that I had been waiting for almost 30 minutes. He said that they were trying their best to help. But they don't have a receipt. I told him that nobody had told me to bring a receipt. At that point, Lavell (who is the manager, despite her poor customer service) came out of the office and was extremely rude to me. I could hear her bad-mouthing me and the situation through the office doors while they were in there there, trying to locate the transaction. anyway, the lack of accountability and communication was astounding. I'm very concerned that these are people who are handling medications and I am extremely disappointed with my experience I have had since this rite aid turned into a Walgreens. I will be contacting corporate about my experience.

Good overall experience. Both the pharmacist and pharmacy techs are always friendly to me.

This place is terrible and bad on so many levels
