I am a frequent customer here and normally never have any issues but the customer service i experience today from Carolyn was absolutely horrible. I declined to use the self check out because multiple people use it back to back and I've never seen it cleaned. When I declined she huffed and slowly walked to the register with an attitude from that point she did not speak to me at all did not acknowledge what I said to her was throwing my items in the bag, even dropping one on the floor because she was carelessly handling since she was upset I asked to be checked out. She did not say one word when giving me my receipt. She treated me absolutely disgusting to the point I want to never shop there and make a corporate complaint. I was not rude, I had my mask on, maintainedmy distanced,nand did not ask her for any assistance besides checking me out . As a customer in a store I do not expected to be treated in such a rude manner just because I wanted to be checked out.

I bought cat food yesterday, turns out there were actually living maggots inside the box. Absolutely disgusting. I doubt I will get a refund since I threw the receipt away. Didn't exactly expect there to be bugs inside my purchase. The staff doesn't bother to come to the counter until there is a line at self checkout. I will not be back to this CVS store.

Unlike many reviews I like most cashiers and managers here. Festus and the other manager lady are both helpful and polite. I don't use the pharmacy but the store has what I need but without a discount card things can be expensive.

Scheduled a COVID-19 test I needed for court at 3:30. Took about an hour in the slow line, and only had one person working the window. because it was after 4 when I got to the window because again I waited an hour in line they couldn’t give me my test because the person who does them left. I was in tears because I patiently sat in line for an hour and made an appointment for no reason. I’ve had no problem at any other cvs besides this one.

Fantastic staff at this CVS Pharmacy. They are helpful and kind. I am new to living in Stafford and they make it seem like they have seen me 100 times.
