I stood in the Consultation line of the pharmacy as techs walked past me without a word, only helping the 2-3 people in the drop-off pick up line. Stood in Consultation- as the only person in line- for 12 minutes until a tech finally asked what I needed. A simple flu shot. I was then told I’d have to stand in the drop-off/pick-up line for prescriptions to wait for my flu shot which had now, in the time they spent ignoring me, reached to a 9 person line. Get it together.
Store is easy to access and shop, pharmacy has top notch people. Photo department does quality work, but, no sense of urgency to help people waiting in line at the photo area. I've managed 22 retail stores and someone should have a conversation with the people that work there. They are pleasant when they do get to you. Overall, I would recommend the store.
Long waits and half the time they don’t fill order until you come to pick up. Had to drive back through many of times.
