Heard another person say there's was called in at 3. I have used Rite/Aide, now Walgreens in Bealeton for 20+ years without any issues. The employees are always courteous and kind. Today, an employee named Kaitlin was very disrespectful, loud, and rude. She should not hold a position in customer service. I will avoid this store as long as management allows their employees to greet customers with disdain.
Worst pharmacy ever. They had my prescription for days. Go to pick it up and am told oh it’s not ready yet come back in a half hour. So I come back in a hour and am told oh they haven’t even started it the pharmacist has been busy. Come back in another half hour. So I asked how many times I would be told a half hour so I could do the math and come back when it would actually be ready.
