The night manager on April 1st was sensational. The hotel was booked but he offered me coffee and ice and gave me phone numbers of hotels in the next town. Many thanks to him

This was the worst Marriott experience I've had, and I've had many! From the lack of toilet paper, to lights that didn't work, to mismatched furniture in the room to no lids for coffee cups at the grab and go breakfast, the hotel just didn't live up to my expectations.nnIt was clean and the staff when we checked in was pleasant, but the staff in the morning was downright rude.nnI recognize that the pandemic has changed things, but other Marriott properties at least let you sit at a table to eat breakfast, and they provide hot sandwiches. If you claim to provide a grab and go breakfast, it should be something other than cold cereal and yogurt--both of which require two hands to eat--and you should provide lids for coffee and tea. A few tables and chairs at appropriate distance would be more responsible than a tiny space with people standing around trying to figure out how to eat the breakfast.nnGiven a choice, I will not stay here again.

Stopped for a night halfway home from Myrtle to Ohio. Check-in was quick, easy and friendly. The front desk agent even answered a call as I was walking in and placed it on hold to assist me first. Being in hotel management, I was impressed! Our room was very clean and definitely up to covid standards. Slept great in comfy beds, made the trip home much more manageable. Keep up the great work ya'll! While in town check out the Italian Garden for dinner, you will not be disappointed!

The hotel was clean and well maintained. Our suite was spacious. The only issue we ran into was no extra bed linens for the pull out couch, but when calling the front desk they ran some up promptly. Customer service was top notch. Grab and go breakfast was a little slim for the pickings, but in these pandemic times it is nice they offer breakfast at all. Would definitely stay here again if ever passing through.

Easy to check in and very comfortable. It was a last minute thing but I was treated nice. They have a serve yourself continental breakfast and plenty of coffee.
