I made a reservation the night before I needed the room. The two double bed room. I called the same night to let them know I would be paying in cash, not using the card that I reserved the room with. On the day of my reservation I called to make sure that check-in was 4 P.M. I was informed that the room that I wanted wasn't available because of renovations. Well why is it listed that this room is available? They offered to upgrade to a king bed room, non-smoking. I'd asked for a smoking room. Got in the room and a few hours later the heater starts making a terrible racket. Terrible!! Could not sleep! When I went up front to check out, the lady ( owner?) said she had to go and check the room before I could get my deposit back. Really!! She came back and said she could not get in the room. After several minutes went by she left again. Was gone close to 10 minutes. I could not get over the fact that they needed to check the room before getting deposit. Isn't that why you have all of my information so if there's a problem you can get in touch. Will never stay here again.

Not that I was expecting much, but I was surprised... especially in the age of COVID...to find such a disgusting room. I started feeling itchy as soon as I walked in. One of the beds didn't even have a fitted sheet. When my mom called the front desk, they told her she had to come get it and remake the bed herself. It looks like room hadn't been vacuumed in months and it took forever for the heater and bath water to warm up. Only two sets of towels even though the room was reserved for five people.

Call to book a whirlpool room, got to the location waited for about 15 minutes cause some kind of way my reservation was already taken by someone that claim they was me. Once they found out I haven’t checked in lady at the front desk called the manager to get another room for me. The manager came and left and had to wait another 20 minutes because they had to put a new ac unit in the room. Got into the room after waiting 45 minutes to a hour the room wasn’t cleaned, the mirror had fingerprints and marks all over it, microwave was dirty in the inside, bathroom look like it haven’t been cleaned at all. I just felt so uncomfortable and the hotel needs remodeling bad

Would give zero stars. Rampant drugs on property. Smell in hall and our room. Manager ignored our request for part refund so we could leave. Had paid for a week. Smell is so strong we can't breathe and it's making us sick. Manager refuses to respond to repeated messages and calls. It's been a nightmare. We just want to leave and be refunded what's left on our payment. Don't stay here at all! It's very nasty.
