Rude and unprofessionalnnResponse to owner:nnI would have loved to have given a 5 star review! However, I couldn’t for the following reasons.nn1. It was days before I received a response to my original email, inquiring if I could bring my child (not my dog. I don’t have a dog.) We had a serious family medical emergency and we’re trying to figure out our options.n2. Since you didn’t reply to my email, I called to see if I could cancel my reservation. When I asked if I could get any money back, you scoffed and said no. You didn’t offer any solution or help, but seemed short and bothered.n3. You said you would try to find a day to push the reservation out so we could figure something out. That was great, except you never emailed us informing us when this was done, which you promised to do.n4. Since we still didn’t hear anything from you, we decided to completely cancel. We sent an email and got no reply. It took a few days before the money hit our account, but we never received an email informing us you got our request or issued our refund.n5. You emailed me in just a few hours after a left a negative review with a mean response. How come you can’t email me back when I ask to cancel, but you can email me when I leave a negative review?nnLike I said, I would have loved to leave a good review. But I did not receive the positive service that would have resulted in a positive review.

Fantastic way to spend a long weekend. The hot tub was a perfect place for a peaceful Easter sunrise service for three (including the woodpecker). Cabin was cute and cozy. Breakfast was delicious.

The cabin was cozy and private. The only thing not perfect was the weather. It rained the entire first day. It was cold but the hot tub was happily used. It would have been nice to have the gas fireplace working but who would have thought it would have been that chilly. The second evening was much nicer and yes we still used the hot tub. It was a wonderful weekend. I truly didn't want to leave. The breakfasts were fantastic. I really loved the pancakes. Can't wait till I can go again.

Very unprofessional and hard to work with. The management has terrible communication. It was difficult to get an email back. When we finally got ahold of them by phone, they were rude to my wife. I'm sure the cabins are nice, but there are lots of other nice cabins in the area that you can rent without having to deal with rude people. Also notice I am not the first review to complain about their unprofessionalism and lack of communication.nnEdit: owners snarky replies tell you what you need to know ud83dude06

Cozy, super clean and a very nice experience for a one night getaway. Hottub for two was just right. Thank you. Can't wait to go back.
