Once I got to the hotel, I was surprised by the inside. The front desk staff was wearing their masks and they even decorated for Christmas, which gave it an even nicer touch. Upon entering my room, both of the beds were nicely made and the room smelt recently cleaned too. I also found it wonderful that they were offering breakfast among the pandemic, unlike other hotels. Everything was absolutely perfect! I have enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Hillsville and plan to stay there again.
The hotel rooms and pool were very clean and the staff super accommodating! They were even able to manage a delicious hot breakfast during Covid restrictions which we really appreciated!nThe manager and staff were so friendly and took time to be friendly! Great place!! Highly recommend!!!
Spur of the moment reservation! Very courteous young lady who checked us in. One thing, ask other visitors to be quiet after 12 midnight. Thanks for great service
Wonderful accommodations! James, the General Manager, and his staff are awesome. They definitely go out of their way to meet your every need.
We stayed at this location while traveling to our destination, we were put in the wrong room and the lady apologized that happened and was very nice about it she offered to take $10 off our bill for her mistake. We decided to stop at this location on our way home since we had a good stay the first night. They put us in room 212. The worst room ever,right by the elevator and ice machine. We got no sleep the whole night. When we checked out the girl at the front desk ask about our stay we told her how loud everything was and we got no sleep and now we have 6hrs to travel. She just laughed and said sorry. With a oh well attitude. We travel quite a bit through the year and that's our middle point. Guess we may have to try out somewhere else next time
