This is a great place to shop for almost everything the ppl are so nice and the highest quality ppl in the drug department yes ppl it might be slower at times but think of the people who are coming throw I don't understand why people are giving low feedback if you don't like it you can go somewhere else? I think I will stay with walgreens ud83dude03

Walgreens’s was there for me during my time of traveling as a health care worker. I was impressed with their response and the refills of my prescriptions. And every new location I was greeted with a great professional staff. Thank you for your time and help.

When I arrived at the Walgreens at 8:00 pm on November 25, 2018 to use their Western Union services I had trouble finding their kiosk to use WU. When I walked up to the lady who was vacuuming to ask where the WU services were she yelled over the vacuum instead of stopping it to let me know. Once I sat at the kiosk to use it the first lady called for customer assistance at the photo center for WU. No issues. Until they asked me what amount, across the store, I was picking up. Once I told them another young lady came out from the back and had to deposit more money into the register right there at the photo center and once the money was in the register it was slammed shut. I started to have issues using the kiosk and asked the young lady at the photo center for help. I received nothing but attitude and she acted as if I was ignorant. She just kept repeating that I didn't have the right information and that I must not know how to use Western Union. I worked for a few establishments where I had to work at the service desk conducting Western Union transactions so yes, I do know what I'm doing. I'd provide names but neither lady had a name tag on. I won't be going back. I'm not sure why I was treated so poorly but I do not appreciate it. I was almost 2 hours ahead of the cut off time for Western Union and the entire store.
