Brand new.... and felt like it. Fresh, clean, and comfortable. Really nice people attending. All of the amenities you would want. Extra large shower. And the pillows! If I was that kind of person, I would have accidentally gotten one of the pillows mixed up in my stuff when I left. Don't know what kind they were, but....
Would not give one star deserves 0. Never have gotten a chance to stay at the hotel. I was discriminate due to being a local resident. Even though the package I had was a family staycation. They called before my check in and told me I couldn’t be accommodated me because I am a local resident. So my money is no good at this holiday inn express. Ended up going to a better local hotel The Hotel Roanoke by Hilton that accepts local residents. I am not supporting the Holiday Inn and telling everyone I know and meet and Facebook, Twitter and other Social media.
This is a great spot! It was clean; Cat was friendly. Pool was great.
I love Holiday Inns they are extremely consistent. Fairly new location, needed a little more sweeping but overall a good stay. Comfortable and clean bedding, so so water pressure and lots of parking space . Does get a little noisy at night (people passing by the room and the heater kicking in).
We had a very nice stay, very friendly staff,nand we would love to stay here again. We would recommend this hotel to anybody.nVery large rooms, very clean and sanitized. Location is nice, a gas station next to it, and a Starbucks right in front of it(walking distance).
