The amenities are amazing; heated pool, wonderful suggestions of activities and restaurants from friendly hosts. Cheryl's wonderful home cooked breakfasts shine when paired with Jeff's fruit salad creations! We were originally supposed to stay 3 nights,but decided to stay an extra night and they were very accommodating to the change in our schedule. We definitely will be returning.
We stayed here for our 1 year anniversary trip last summer and it was very nice. We had a jacuzzi tub in our room, a huge comfortable bed. We also had private entrances to our room, the breakfast was delicious, they even made sure to make me something dairy free after letting them know I had an intolerance. The pool was amazing and the view was beautiful. They are very hospitable and kind people. They offer complimentary drinks/snacks as well. It was wonderful, I would highly recommend!
What an EXCEPTIONAL find!!! We will be back!! Complimentary wine on our arrival (or coffee, tea, hot chocolate). Our rooms were so tastefully decorated and immaculate, felt like a home away from home. The most beautiful views from the pool deck, so relaxing. And breakfast! Absolutely delicious, cooked to order- great hosts!! Would give it 10 stars if I could!
This couple are amazing hosts, and make you feel so welcomed. My boyfriend and I needed a night away from our boys, so we decided on a bed and breakfast instead of you conventional hotel room. We traveled 3 hours away to the mountains, and couldn't have been anymore excited about it. When we pulled up to the house, unfortunately it was already dark, we couldn't see the true beauty of the log cabin house. Tje pictures do not do it justice at all. The upkeep is immaculate. They welcomed us before we could get out of the truck, we were given a tour of the common areas and our room. The balcony is amazing at night. We are planning for another weekend stay here for the summer when the pool will be opened.
Shirley’s Bed and Breakfast is one of a kind. Cheryl and Jeff are incredible hosts and constantly make an effort to provide top-notch hospitality during the stay. The views from the rooms provide a perfect get-away, while being close enough to town. I would recommend Shirley’s to anyone. I wish I could rate above 5 stars!
