Allison was great and she is super helpful. She is very easy to get in contact with and just all around a wonderful person. Gricelda was amazing, she keep the efficiency so clean and was very open to working around my schedule. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in this area, this is definitely the best place by far.
I enjoyed my time spent here. The owner is very nice and the room was perfect for me. Very close to downtown Roanoke. I will be coming back in the future if I'm ever in the area.
The lady there was extremely rude and unprofessional. She plain out refused to help me because of the actions of others... I simply asked if she would contact me when she had an available unit because I am homeless due to my abusive ex kicking me out on the street with nothing but the clothes on my back and she straight up refused (with an attitude) she said too many people have requested to be contacted but never answer when she calls. How this is any fault of mine, idk? But to turn away someone in need because you are a miserable person is completely unforgivable. When did customer service become a thing of the past. No one takes pride in their businesses and they definitely don't give a damn about customers. Sad world we live in now. I hope when they need help, they aren't met with the same evil that they themselves give to others.
Allison and Gricelda are amazing, great place to stay, super clean
I was a first time travel nurse to this area and chose to stay here and so glad I did. Allison and Phoebe went above and beyond to make my stay wonderful. It was a very safe and quiet neighborhood and so convenient to stores and restaurants. I will most definitely stay again if I go back to this area again. Thanks ladies!!
