Not sure if the staff has changed or what is going on. You can never reach anyone by phone and when calling in a script that needs refill approval from the Dr. I end up having to call the Dr. and they advise Kroger hasn't reached out to them at all. ???. If you call(and luckily get an answer) to see if your meds are ready or go into the store, 9 out of 10 times they are working on it. Wow! What happened to their customer service? I guess I see a change in the near future.
Never seen a drive thru pharmacy where you have to wait 40 minutes without a SINGLE CAR moving. I get you're busy but that is beyond ridiculous.
Called ahead at 3:15 pm for my prescription, they said it was being prepared at that time. Said would be ready in 20 min. Came in at 6:10pm, still not ready, and have been waiting an additional 20 min while here.
Never prepared.
Great staff, the pharmacist is very knowledgeable. Have never had a problem.
