From beginning to end Tip-top was very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. They answered all my questions, were very thorough when inspecting my old roof and gave me a good/better/best option for a quote. I really liked how straight forward and honest they were with everything including pricing. No hidden fees or surprise phone calls about needing more money. I highly recommend Tip-top Roofing.
I contacted Tip-Top Roofing in mid-Feb, Nick responded later that day and scheduled an appointment with me. He was very easy to work with and I thought their pricing was reasonable. We have a fairly large roof that recently started to leak and show it's age. The crew (7 individuals) came to our home at 6:50am, had the entire roof stripped in a little over an hour, added new drip edge, flashing, replaced several sheets of damaged plywood and a fascia board, along with new shingles. They cleaned-up and finished the job by 5:30pm. A real hard working crew! They did a very good job, the roof looks great. I would recommend Tip-Top Roofing if asked.
We moved into our house 10 years ago and after a couple of leaks we knew it was time to fully replace our roof. My inlaws and my parents both used Tip Top and were very pleased with their work. My dad is a tough cookie when it comes to picking a contractor to work on his house... still I got other estimates and ended up right back where we started with Tip Top Roofing. We were so pleased with their work that our neighbors got their roof done a few weeks after us. The forman was super professional and told us everything we needed to know to make informed decisions. The crew was top notch and super hard working. Our roof was fully replaced in one day! Same for our neighbors. Shop around if you must but if you're smart you'll just go with Tip Top!
Our insurance company was giving us trouble about our home’s roof—they wanted it replaced, and gave us a very tight deadline to get the work complete...less than three weeks. We had our property carefully prepped to protect our lawn and driveway, the old shingles completely removed, brand new shingles installed, and everything cleaned up and back to normal all within the span of less than 12 hours. The crew showed up right on time and worked hard all day. At the end of the day my roof had been stripped and completely reroofed. Luis the foreman and his crew are dedicated to what they do. Nick the owner stopped in to make sure the crew had everything they needed to keep the job going and to see if I was happy with the work.nnTip Top Roofing is a professional dedicated and high quality roof company.
