Brought a wheel in to have spokes replaced and trued. Waited 5 weeks and finally called for an update. Hadn't been touched. Was then told it would always have a flat spot and maybe not worth fixing. Decided to go ahead with the fix (which has been brilliant) and got it the day I called. 5 weeks without the bike a near fatal blow to the fitness regiment. Covid allowance sure, but...
I brought my FELT Mountain Bike in for a tune up and for some general maintenance. After the work was complete Chris showed me what he had done which actually improved the bikes performance. I am really pleased with the work and highly recommend Ipswich Cycle for all of your bike needs.
