Motel 6 Seaside, OR

Very nice Jacuzzi room at reasonable price. The staff were friendly and helpful. Internet was fast. Excellently maintained, five stars, keep it up.

This was not a pleasant stay, we had a large group and got 4 rooms for a weekend and all but one room smelled strongly of smoke and a deodorizer that didn't work at covering the smell just gave me a migraine but after airing it out for few hours and leaving window cracked during stay it was tolerable. Rooms were all dirty stains on bedding and towels and hair all over bathroom and floor. Most of the staff was nice but one lady was very rude and had to wait at front desk for almost 30min just for her to show up to get us checked in.. I don't think we will be staying here again in the future..

We had made our reservation and when we went to check in Jeremy had put a ban on us stating we had snuck in visitors which is false information we hadn't even stayed yet. Leaving me, three of my children and husband to sleep in our truck since there was no where else to go. After talking to the manager the next day she told us Jeremy made a mistake banned the wrong family. She let me know that she really gave Jeremy a talking to and apologized. I had mentioned getting a refund for the inconvenience and unfairness towards my family. They could only offer unbanning our room (which was wrongly placed anyways) and allowing us to stay at full price.. so much for customer service. Place is dirty and not well kept. House keeping doesn't come as often as they should. I don't recommend staying here since they allow employee mistakes with no redemption towards their customers.nnWhen Ashley was spoken to by my step daughter mother she had lead her to believe they were going to refund us or comp us a room for our troubles. Then said she would call her back, she never returned the call. So my stepdaughters mother called Ashley back and ashley informed that they have done everything they were WILLING to do and that was remove the ban and let them stay. And Ashley proceeded to say that there's nothing more they will discuss with my stepdaughters mother due to her not staying in the room.nJust horrible customer service all around.

It's decent for the price. I liked the fact it was pet friendly! They even gave a pet gift! It's updated but still in need of upgrades because lamp, tables, and mattresses were old/dingy. It had a weird smell, someone said it was big spray but I think it's off brand sanitizing spray? Employee at desk was sleeping this am between 3:45-4:15 when I went up to desk. Came during NYE and wasn't noisy! Only know of laundry because I walked passed it.

The lady who checked us in was very nice and offered to help with bags. Then we went to eat at doogers later and she was there and went out of her way to say hi. Later when we went to pay we had learned she paid our bill I was shocked I have never had something like that happen to me . Just a nice genuine person. The motel is clean they are friendly and affordable. I will come back here in the future not because of what she did just the all around niceness here !!!!
