Best Western Plus Ocean View Resort

My friend and I made a last minute choice to book a room while taking what was supposed to be a day trip down to Seaside. The prices here were the most affordable and very close to the main shopping area. We had a little bit of trouble getting into our room at first because the key cards weren't working, but after a few trips back down to the front desk, they upgraded our room for the hassle. The view was amazing and all the staff at the front desk were very helpful (especially Michael). A big thank you to Michael for making us feel so welcomed and enjoying our experience even through the key card trouble.nI would definitely stay here again!

First off, I would stay there again; but there were a few mishaps. The Australian general manager (Mark?) was so accommodating that he made up for all of them. First off, they lost our reservations. Without a confirmation I called to check, and had to totally re-register. Then I did a pre-check in; but when we got there, they didn't seem to have any of that info. They charged us for a pet (which we didn't have), and didn't have the roll-away we ordered. They charged us $100.00 over the price I registered for (and that was over the first price that got lost....) Mark took all that off and found a bed for the second night. He also comped us three free breakfasts. He was so professional and kind - he made up for all that went wrong. I felt bad for him having to compensate for others' mistakes. But he did it graciously.nThe breakfast was good. The room seemed clean, a little old and scruffy in places, but clean. As I said, I would stay there again - beautiful views and location!

The hotel is right on the water and close to everything. The room was small but cozy for me and my spouse. The basic room is only big enough for 2 people. The side door takes you right to a path that goes straight to the beach. Staff was nice a d friendly. Perfect for a list min stay at the beach.

We stayed here on 1/20/21 . We came from out of town and happened to stop in . The front desk staff is over the top amazing , the man from Australia and his supervisor are a great asset to this company. Friendly and very welcoming. Exactly what hospitality is about , my friend is from Arkansas and is absolutely amazed at the quality of service he has received and bonuses for oceanfront rooms. Clean , comfortable. I thank you very much and highly recommend it here. I am an Oregonian and I will absolutely be back .

Requested a ocean view king bed and that’s exactly what we got. Staff was amazing and friendly. My wife and I were celebrating our 4yr wedding anniversary and have officially decided that this will be our new yearly thing for our anniversary. Amazing work and amazing staff!! See you again this time next year!!!
