Great experience. Every contact I've had with them, before and after I bought a bike there has been helpful. The bike is better than I'd hoped and the staff at Zach's were helpful and knowledgeable. If I understand correctly, when you buy a bike there, you get free one day and six month tune ups to make sure your questions are answered and the bike is perfectly tuned for you. Good selection of adult bikes, electric bikes, and kids bikes, plus good quality accessories priced as low as I've found them. Great place to buy a bike!

Zach's always goes above and beyond to help. I've had several bike issues over the last few years and they always know how to fix my problems, as well they do it with a positive attitude. They know our area, give advice on good trails, and even have a service to take you to and from trails. Great company to work with and I highly recommend them.

These guys are always helpful and willing to get you moving again. I’ve had work done here on other bikes, purchased a bike from them, and have had them inspected after accidents. Very knowledgeable people and a great addition to our community.

Kyle answered all my questions and after checking all reviews on the Marlin 6, I was inspired to travel from Fresno, CA to Klamath Falls, Oregon. 500 miles or 8 hours. It was a great decision! I will now include mountain cycling in my cross training fitness.
