Ace Hardware

This neighborhood hardware gives the best service; really nice group of folks. I will go to them for most things and they usually have or will order it in from their ACE distribution warehouse. Great people!

Friendly service as expected

This has been a wonderful store for a local hardware store. Has almost everything a person would need. The only problem is that the people who work there, several of them at least, don't wear masks correctly or wear inadequate masks.

I was doing some work for my mother and sent her to pick up some plastic sheeting, they told her they don’t sell plastic sheeting , she drives all the way home and I send her back with an item number as their website said they had many different options in stock and instead of apologizing and using the item number to get it for her they just tell her where to find it..she had to call me so I can tell her which one of them to buy .. the website had not been updated so the 6 mil I sent her for was sold out.. don’t say “do you need any help” when a customer walks in if you are too lazy to help.. terrible experience.. Will drive the extra 20 miles to Home Depot next time

I came at 5:05 and was close already and this lady she was super nice she let me in and buy what I was needed..the best customer service
