I’m literally just trying to make an appointment to switch my birth control, and the lady on the phone was not very helpful and not great at explaining what I need to do on my end to just get an appointment and seemed very annoyed. And then towards the end of the call abruptly hung up. Get some customer service training.
I live in Astoria at 721 14th street #3 we have black mold in our bathroom, bedroom,and it's spreading into our closet. My skin itches so bad and I've had a headache for three days going on four. What do I do. We told our landlord last winter and nothing has been done.
