Eddie was very responsive and was able to pivot when plans changed. Work was completed very quickly and there was no mess left behind. The work has not been tested yet as it has not rained but the pictures he showed me of what work was done makes me comfortable that the project was successful. I will report back when we have received some rain :) Thanks Eddie for the quick response.

I highly recommend Imperial Roofing for flat roof repair and replacement. Eddie quickly responded to my inquiry, and took the time to educate me about my options. He worked with me to file the claim with my insurance agency, met with the adjusters, and worked hard to try to get my claim covered. Definitely would recommend to others.

Eddie and the gentleman that was helping him with my roof where nice and pleasant, worked hard and answered any questions or concerns I might of had. They did a good job of cleaning up and double checking their work before they left.nnMy roof was suffering from some horrible leakage that others where not able to repair for me, from what I can see the product and workmanship therein that they provided should relieve my roof of its problems!nnIf I can update my review to reflect the longevity of the product they installed I shall do so but the initial response from me is positive!

I talked with Eddie Diaz and told him that I needed a roof replacement, but the insurance company had said the damage wasn’t going to be over my deductible. He called the company and had the claim reopened.nHe also told me the cost for the upgrades. He started the next day and finished it in three days. They had to remove the two by sixes because they were deteriorating because of the bad shingles. They replaced with plywood and the extra venting. I am very satisfied!!!
