The Wild Game Inn

Dave, the owner, was an excellent host. Anything we needed he went above and beyond to get for us. His property was absolutely stunning, with a hot tub overlooking the stream that runs through the property. The cabin we stayed in was very clean and comfortable. And the breakfast was outstanding. Don’t forget to try the homemade ice cream! 10/10 we will recommend a stay here to anyone looking for peace and quiet or an adventurous getaway!

Dave, our host set up a dinner consisting of an appetizer plate, a fresh salad, homemade bread, Beef Ribeye for the ladies and Missouri Elk Ribeye for the guys accompanied by roasted broccoli and an Asian style fried rice. It was all excellent! Delicious meal and would highly recommend to anyone making a trip to Darby, MT. We didn’t stay at his BnB but we were able to set up this fantastic, cozy atmosphere type dinner while on vacation. We finished the night off with homemade cookies and ice cream. It was a great night to say the least. Thanks again, Dave!

We had a fantastic experience! Great accommodations, excellent food, and a herd of elk coming down to the inn to cool off in the spring. Highly recommended!

We followed the sign for HOMEMADE ICE CREAM and it did not disappoint! David is an amazing host and the inn is stunningly beautiful! We can't wait to go back!
