Super 8 by Wyndham Hamilton

Rooms and amenities are fine. What in our experience separates the Super 8 in Hamilton, MT and other similarly priced establishments was the exceptional customer service. We stayed at the Super 8 in Hamilton due to a family illness in the area. They were quick to to assist me in correcting a reservation issue (made with a third party company - that was my fault) and then went above and beyond to make sure of a comfortable stay of my family and I during a difficult time. Whether it was assisting us in a request or just a smiling face and friendly service, every interaction with a Super 8 employee - from front desk to manager - was wonderful. Only place I'll stay in Hamilton, MT now.

Aside from people being disrespectful and smoking in the building which is clearly marked, I usually have a pleasant stay here at the super 8. Only upgrade that I would or could suggest is cameras in parking lot. ud83dude42

best dog friendly hotel in the valley, no extra charge or deposit, friendly staff, only complaint is that their breakfast selection isn't very good. right in the middle of town, amongst all the other businesses and food choices it's right between albertson's and burger king. get the rooms w mountain views, there is nothing behind it leaving a clear scenic view of the mountains

Had a quite comfortable stay and it is the cheapest chain brand in this area. I thought treadmill is standard in all super 8 but not seen any here.
