Awful company. They make it completely impossible to verify as a consumer that they are billing properly as their account procedures are awful. Your bill does not show one dime that you have paid but it sure does show all the charges and for some reason one bill shows charges from 3 months before, the next that months and then the next 3 months ago again. They also take it upon themselves to decide what they are going to bill to your insurance and what they are not going to bill. Then when you question why they give all kinds of excuses. I had to basically demand that they bill my insurance. Guess what my insurance paid for it and in the end they owed me money but then they came up with other billing so that I owed them money. I will never do business with them again.

If you want to pay more for a product, this is your store! There is NOTHING at NORCO that I cannot buy cheaper elsewhere or online...even with a corporate discount!nI regularly drive to Missoula to make my purchases at another retailer because I can ALWAYS save AT LEASE a few dollars even with a corporate discount yet they tout what a great deal I can get through NORCO...WRONG!!!

went to norco Hamilton for cpap. I have had trouble with them for months now. they don't do what they tell you they are going to do and don't even fullfil the dutys the are supposed to. I have talked to the people of resmed and they say that is par for the hamilton store.
