When my Dr didn't get my medication refill done for over a week, they got my refill processed in 2 hours and sent it overnight for free. Awesome!
Okay most of the time, but on 3 separate occasions, they've not filled a script and not TOLD me they weren't going to fill it. Each time, I've had to call Ridgeway to get them to fill it, and then they're slow enough that I have to get my doctor to send a separate script over to a local pharmacy with enough to get me by until Ridgeway finally decides to send something. (Of course, I have to pay out-of-pocket for those pills, since insurance sees Ridgeway filling it and doesn't take into consideration that they didn't fill it on time!)
Canceled a RX, they still shipped and charged me. Best to stay away.
