Lolo Hot Springs

Nice clean campground and heavenly soaking pools. And a bar / restaurant. Good times!

The pools were wonderful, wasn't overly impressed with the room tho. However, I'll go back again

Horrible. The manager for the cabins at the pool was rude, the outdoor pool was freezing, we were told there were too many people in the hot tub pool area so we would have to come back later, but there were people there that didn't have a room that were able to swim when we weren't, we had spiders everywhere in our cabin and in order to get wifi, you had to walk down the road. I only gave it 1 star because I had to do at least one, or else it wouldn't have received a start at all.

Was great so relaxed now after a 2 hour soak

Upon arrival the staff had lost my reservation and I stood there for 20 minutes while they tried to find it. The bungalows did not stay warm and There was residual debris from before we had walked in. There was no Wi-Fi that actually reached the bungalows And when I brought it to a staff's attention, they shrugged and said that the closer cabins only got wifi, which Is contradictory to their website. The shared bath house was Uncleaned. The stalls for the showers themselves had carvings In the paint and were filthy in general. The Hot Springs themselves were slimy. There were beer cans and other garbage laying around and The showers and baths stalls before getting in were also filthy. One morning we went for breakfast at the bar. It was early and we forgot to put our masks on before entering. We were scolded by assuming the manager, and we of course put them on. Then the manager and the other staff proceeded to walk around the entire bar and restaurant with their masks either off or down passed their mouths.
