Great place if you go during the week. The weekends get a little crowded for my taste. The cabins are cozy. They wrapped everything in cellophane after being cleaned for Covid i suppose. The inside of the cabins smell of urethane or epoxy from the finish on the logs. But I went nose blind to it after a day. There were supposed to be horse rides offered as part of the price and experience. But when we asked they said they didn't have the staff. Being next to the interstate made it a little noisy and took away from the scenery and ambiance. The water pressure is low and the hot water in the shower takes a while. I loved the lodge and was glad they had a pool table. I was also surprised at the amenities. Wifi, smart TVs. The mattress are firm so hopefully you like that. Wouldn't mind supporting this establishment again.

What an awesome stay. Our host was very kind and made sure we were doing well on our stay, occasionally. We stayed in the bunkhouse, and it was awesome. The accommodations were cozy, the area was beautiful, and it was just a fun, great time. I would highly recommend the stay. If I had to make any kind of complaint, it would only be that a couple of light bulbs needed changing. Considering that's my only complaint, I think you can guess how great our stay was.

If you need a spot to stay this is your place, everything about our stay was amazing had lots of fire wood at a reasonable price 5 dollars for a wheelbarrow and they have a wheelbarrow to use, the cabins were amazing, stayed in cabin one cause we didn't know where the tents were no biggie, cabins have bathroom and a shower in it. Fire pit by the cabin with awesome benches sheets are amazing beds comfy bunk bed style beautiful wood furniture just all around amazing

Called to make reservation and didn’t return calls or emails. Finally did speak to someone and put a deposit down. Never did receive a confirmation. When we arrived nobody there. Wondered around when a lady did come out and told us which cabin we were in. Said the cabin was just cleaned. Dirty wash cloth in the shower. Needless to say didn’t use the shower. Not sure if sheets were cleaned so used sleeping bags. Wanted to ride horses, one of the reasons we picked the “ranch” ... fired the ranch hands so not available... right on highway..... very noisy. Wanted to check out and still nobody around and never answered cellphone. Asked several times for a text or email receipt no response. It’s cheap for a reason.
