Super 8 by Wyndham Butte MT

Would get 4 stars except for the fact that they accuse people of smoking in the room when that was not the case ud83dude12 was pleased with how helpful most of the staff were except for a dark short haired lady that was very rude and accused us of smoking inside apparently she just didn't want us staying longer than a week. We even cleaned up the room daily and helped the housekeepers on our way out. Nice place just not the place for long term stays.

BED BUGS 2/27/21 I was laying down and out of the corner of my eye something crawled across the pillow I got up and it was a bed bug. I went straight to the front office and asked the front clerk for a manager. The clerk said that the manager was unavailable until Monday I told her what was going on and she said she could move me to another room I told her I wanted my money back and the clerk proceeded to tell me she could not do that. I asked her if she was aware that they had bugs and she’s told me that they had to place sprayed on Monday. Completely disgusted I told her that that was unacceptable and I wanted my money back she then asked me if anybody else on my floor had complained or said anything about bedbugs I told her I didn’t go knocking on the doors but if she wanted me to I’d be happy to and I’m sure that all the other guest would would probably be requesting their money back as well.The clerk then suggested I brought the bugs in. Completely angered because just a moment before she clearly told me the hotel had the rooms sprayed on Monday. I will be calling corporate office on 3/1/21 and the health inspectors office.

Super friendly staff nice layout parking lots kind of cramped one of the few places that actually during the covid is actually still doing breakfast overall pretty good stay pretty good stay

Hum.... what to say about this place. Check in was interesting. We made our reservations on line and had been driving for 14 hours. The company had charged our card before we arrived and we had chosen the option for charge when you l leave. When we finally checked in the woman at the desk told us that we would be billed upon check out and my daughter told her she was mistaken and, my daughter proved her wrong and the clerk got very angry.nI compliment the cleaning staff because they were very professional unlike managers in the office. If you can't stand the public don't work in public relations.
