Had the best sleep ever in a hotel in my life. Excellent service from the staff. Rooms and property clean. Great location. Would highly recommended staying there to all my traveling friends. 5star comfort of a hotel.
We were extremely disappointed with our stay. The front desk staff was not very helpful. The beds were advertised as queen size but they were definitely only full size. Even the guy at the desk tried to assure us they were queens. However the beds were comfortable. The carpets were filthy. I suppose you get what you pay for.
There is NO free breakfast or Coffee. However, you can get a Dash of rudeness in the morning from the Front desk. The room smells, but not as bad as the pile of trash next to the far entry door. I informed the management, who said they would clean it up right away. It was still there in the morning. The outdoor electronic entry card consistently works by the fifth try. The interior hallway is freezing cold. Dress for the outdoors. I recommend you try somewhere else. The low rates are not worth the aggravation.
We canceled our reservations because of the previous reviews indicating that they had a bed bug problem. They charged our credit card for one night even though we did not stay there.nnBed bugs ruin your lives period end of story and no place in this world is worth 50 some dollars a night with that threat.nnFolks spend a few more dollars and don't waste 50 dollars just to bring bed bugs home
Not bad, cheap jacuzzi rooms on A Saturday night. Wanted to make copys of IDs for everyone in the room which was weird. Staff was nice.
