Quality Inn & Suites

I’m not sure is it was equipment error or if staff needed better training. Door keys didn’t work until the third try. Staff was friendly and seemed accommodating but when she came to me standing in the hallway she cleaned the lock and tried only one of the two keys. Unfortunately the key she didn’t try didn’t work. When we got in the room it smelled of smoke. We asked her if it was a smoking room. We were told no. But wasn’t offered any thing farther. Coffee pot didn’t work and curtains were torn. Beds were lumpy. I have stayed at many quality inns and have never stayed in one that was so poor quality. I will not be back and question if I will ever stay at another quality inn in the future.

TJ was an awesome worker at the desk along with the extremely nice woman that was working with him. I apologize for not remembering her name. We arrived late at night and they were both so very helpful. The room was easy to find and the bed was dreamy. Best night sleep my husband had in a very long time. We will definitely be back!!

Clean and super nice staff. No problems or issues. Super Pet friendly! Doors sick when the temp is 9 outside, but that is kinda expected. The brown bed breakfast was a happy surprise! Thank you Quality Inn!

Was a nice place. Room was rustic appeal looking. Would stay again

The price wasn't bad but My TV was fuzzy and I told the front desk and cleaning staff and nothing came of it.
