Medicap Pharmacy

The pharmacy had a few people waiting, but the pharmacy tech, John, handled everyone like a pro. And even though they didn’t have the medication I needed for a prescription, the pharmacy tech called the doctor’s office and asked if it could be changed to a different medication instead of just saying that it couldn’t be filled. Thank you so much Medicap!!!

We came up to a local cabin and my husband forgot his blood pressure medication. Melanie graciously helped us get his prescription transferred and saved the day. Excellent, professional pharmacy.

I order a medication 9 days previous. Granted it required an authorization. My physician was not contacted at Day 9 when I went to try to pick it up. So I told J***. That I would call my physician’s office to advice them of me needing the refill. I called, they ok’d it so I call J*** back and told him they were expecting him to call. Went back again 2nd time yesterday and J*** said he didn’t have any of that particular medication. I said, “J***, I started this order 9 days ago, this isn’t good. He said, “well, I don’t have the medication, but I can have it in the morning. Ok, so back I go and, NO MEDICATION. He hadn’t notified Meridian to bring it up. Poor Melanie had to try to correct the problem and did! Melanie is terrific and a real asset to our pharmacy here. We love her.
