Tyler and his staff (Lisa, Mike and Beau to name a few) are the best around. I drive from Weiser because of the service, their knowledge and the helpful staff. I have never had a better pharmacist than Tyler or Mike.

Fast and easy prescription refill.

Every time I have a prescription here I call first, they always tell me it will be ready in an hour. I have health issues that makes sitting in their chairs painful. Never once has my prescriptions been ready and I have to wait, sometimes for more than an hour.nThis time I called Thursday at 2:20, they said it would be an hour, I asked them to hold it till the morning. I called Friday morning and at first they claimed no prescriptions were called in, then they told me it wasn't ready and it would be an hour. I don't live in Caldwell and have to make a special trip just to get there.nOnce is a fluke, every time is a pattern.nTalked to the pharmacist and they have been better so far, but I've only had one prescription filled since the above kerfuffle. This issue has been dealt with and is consistently good service.
