Bear Creek Roofing

We recently had a hail storm and had submitted a claim with our insurance company, after being informed by Bear Creek we have substantial damage. Bear Creek had wonderful follow up and I explained to Beth when she called one day, that I was struggling getting the approval back from the insurance/adjuster. She asked if I would care if she reached out to them. She then explained that sometimes when they call we get a quicker response. No joke, 30 minutes later we received the approval from the insurance company. Everything moved fairly quickly and Bear Creek kept us in the loop every step of the way and accommodated all of our needs. Brett was our direct point of contact for the install. He was timely, helpful, and extremely polite. He met with us to answered any questions we had before they got started. He said that if we had anything we're looking to throw out that we can use the dumpster. I was able to get the stuff thrown out from my husbands long postponed dump trip ;). My husband was unclear to the roofers on a request he had. Brett met with us shortly after to ensure that's what we wanted as the ventilation they were going to install would be better. My husband meant he wanted to keep the old fans instead of tossing them, so the verification was greatly appreciated. Everything was cleaned up well at the end of the day, which is extremely important to us as we have young children. Very pleased with the service and communication of this company.
