Hampton Inn & Suites Pocatello

I give it a five star. I'm not a very needy person. So everything was disinfected and clean very presentable. The pool was excellent. The lady in the front desk, late at night I went downstairs to look for milk for my toddler, he needs his sip cup before bed. She was polite enough to go the extra step and get me some breakfast milk for free from the back.

After driving for 12+ hours we walked into this hotel and it was awesome! It was clean and Andy at the front desk was the best! When we got into our room everything was clean and disinfected. Even the remote had a label it was clean! I was impressed and definitely would recommend this hotel and we will be back!

Very nice hotel, very clean, great breakfast. I'm guessing it's either a little newer or recently remodeled. My favorite part was the big hot tub! I thought the jets could be stronger, but I'll trade that for not feeling squished in a public hot tub! The only reason that I rated it a 4 instead of a 5 was because the customer service, especially the front desk, was not great. I feel as though Hilton employees should strive to be friendly, cheerful, welcoming etc. and if they can't manage that, at least strive not to be unkind or make guests feel as though they are an inconvenience. There were only a couple of nice people (and one was the girl who had just barely started!), but unfortunately even that wasn't enough to change the vibe of the desk staff as a whole.

This hotel was fantastic. Room and furnishings were top-notch and comfortable beds. Clean with a good selection for breakfast. Pool area was packed but overall great accommodations. Beautiful views!

It was nice, but the elevator always smelled like smoke. Also, they were not too organized. We could only get one key for our room because they ran out and it took about 30 minutes to check in. I loved the hot tub and the breakfast was great.
